Air Flamenco counter agents and call center employees are the first impression our customers get when they call or visit our stations at Isla Grande, Ceiba, Vieques, and Culebra.  This manual focuses on the Customer Service Commitment made by the top management of the Air Flamenco.  In order to focus in this area the Air Charter has developed a plan based on 7 strategic points.
